Cathy Reay has written for The Guardian, i, The Independent, Glamour among others, covering disability politics, entertainment and culture.
Cathy is also an author and disability rights advocate. Her first book, How to be Disabled and Proud (or at least kinda sorta okay with it) is a warm and empowering guide for disabled children full of practical advice as well as about acceptance and being yourself.
Wherever Cathy goes, she helps to bring children out of their shells and allows them to think about the world in a different way.
